At Animal Station Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
